To use in a Sah schema:
["str",{"x.perl.coerce_rules"=>["From_str::to_currency_pair"]}]
This coercion rules checks that:
string is in the form of "currency1/currency2"
currency1 is not the same as currency2
currency1 is a known currency code
currency2 is a known currency code
