• Create a fork for the authenicated user.

      POST /repos/:user/:repo/forks

  Examples:

          repo => 'Pithub',
          org  => 'CPAN-API',
      );

list

• List forks

      GET /repos/:user/:repo/forks

  Examples:

      );
