is_collaborator

• Get

      GET /repos/:user/:repo/collaborators/:user

  Examples:

      my $c = Pithub::Repos::Collaborators->new;
      my $result = $c->is_collaborator(
          user         => 'plu',
          repo         => 'Pithub',
          collaborator => 'rbo',
      );
