Query the entity SSCell.
An SSCell (SpreadSheet Cell) represents a role as it occurs in a subsystem spreadsheet row. The key is a colon-delimited triple containing an MD5 hash of the subsystem ID followed by a genome ID (with optional region string) and a role abbreviation.

The operators supported are as follows. We provide text based alternatives to the comparison operators so that extra quoting is not required to keep the command-line shell from confusing them with shell I/O redirection operators.
