Dist::Zilla::Config::Perl - the reader for dist.pl files

Dist::Zilla::Config reads in the dist.pl file for a distribution. It uses Config::MVP::Assembler to do most of the heavy lifting, using the helpers set up in Dist::Zilla::Config.
