This documentation refers to Google::Adwords::SiteKeywordGroups version 0.0.1
This object is a read-only object used in returned calls from Google Adwords API.

Accessors (read only)
groups - The keywords that the results are grouped by. The groups are ordered by decreasing relevance to the site.
keywords - The keywords generated from the url, along with the index of the group they belong to. The keywords are ordered by decreasing relevance to the site. It is an arrayref of Google::Adwords::SiteKeyword objects
