Bio::PhyloTastic::DateLife - Fetches calibration ages for tree nodes
phylotastic DateLife -i <infile> -o <outfile>
This module attempts to populate an input tree with node ages it obtains from http://datelife.org.
An input file. Required.
An input format, such as NEXUS, Newick, NeXML, PhyloXML, TaxList. Optional. Default is adjacency table.
An output file name. If '-', prints output to STDOUT. Required.
An output format, such as NeXML, TaxList. Optional. Default is adjacency table.
To install Bio::PhyloTastic, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
