This script is to add or modify version declaration for each bioperl pm.
[Currently, it just add version. Later I will update it to modify version.]
perl version.pl <module directory> <version>
To install Bio::Seq, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm
cpanm Bio::Seq
CPAN shell
perl -MCPAN -e shell install Bio::Seq
