Bio::DOOP::Util::Filt - filter a cluster list.

This object filters a clusterlist. It is useful to find a smaller cluster set from a large mofext or fuzznuc search result.

Create new Filter object from Cluster object array.
Create new Filter class from cluster id array.
Create new Filter class from cluster primary id array.
