Filter messages through spamc and translate results

Spamassassin port .. if host is used
Spamassassin socket .. instead of host and port
Use Mail::SpamAssassin::Client to retreive filter result from SpamAssassin

Creates instance of Mail::SpamAssassin::Client and returns it
