SYNOPSIS

mkpackages pseudo_CPAN_root

This is not even alpha software and will be made obsolete by CPAN.pm extensions some day.

This programs traverses pseudo_CPAN_root/authors/id and generates pseudo_CPAN_root/site/02packages.details.txt.gz.

pseudo_CPAN_root/site/02packages.details.txt.gz
pseudo_CPAN_root/site/01mailrc.txt.gz: Generated as empty file if missing.
pseudo_CPAN_root/autors/id/**/CHECKSUMS: CHECKSUMS fiels are generated in al directories below pseudo_CPAN_root/autors/id/.

cpanm CPAN::Site

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPAN::Site
