--host H receiving host address as a string, 'localhost' by default
--port P receiving port as an integer
--sleep S sleep for S minutes between each file, default is 0
--shutdown at the end, send the single <shutdown> element as a message

Send all the files in <dir>/*.xml along the Alvis pipeline to host:port specified. Wait so many minutes between each send. Does not recursively descend directories, and only sends files with a '.xml' ending. Can take multiple input directories.
