Utils for FilmAffinity
Version 0.04
Remove funky Windows 'smart' characters.
Most of this code is borrowed from Catalyst::Plugin::Params::Demoronize
Returns a LWP::RobotUA for web requests
Transform FilmAffinity::UserRating in tab separated value
Returns a tsv string
