CGI-Github-Webhook-0.03

Changes for version 0.03 - 2016-01-13

Skip t/basic-functionality.t under dos-ish operating systems as it contains Bourne shell code.
Add Shields.io based passed/failed/errored badges and hooks to put the according one into a deployment directory.
Also verify a failed authentication case in t/methods.t.

Easily create CGI based GitHub webhooks

To install CGI::Github::Webhook, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Github::Webhook

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Github::Webhook
