Changes for version 0.02

Fleshed out the first implementation, which only supports a single type of task, an "Action".

in lib/Perl/Editor/Action.pm

To install Perl::Editor, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perl::Editor

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perl::Editor
