Changes for version 0.26

  • Tests that look at test_err from Test::Builder::Tester now use caller() to get the filename - just like Test::Builder. So hopefully everything should work on all platforms this time.
  • Updated the Test::* version dependencies to something vaguely modern
  • Fixed runtests_die.t, which still had platform-specific paths in
