motifCS::GeometricalCalculations::get_from_file was taking like ~10 seconds to finish. It was overwritten to improve performance

To install SmotifCS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm SmotifCS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install SmotifCS
