Use latest devel branch of libotr. Add patch to free memory of context->context_priv.

Install and make available libotr v4 library

To install Alien::OTR, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::OTR

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::OTR
