Changes for version 1.07

Some general tidying up of both the documentation and code
Added methods setCellFormat, setRowFormat and setColFormat. These set cell formatting strings that will be appended and prepended to the cell contents.
Created Row and Col versions of all relevant methods, this makes the interface more consistent.

To install HTML::Table, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HTML::Table

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HTML::Table
