- Converting HTML entities
- When debug is activated, HTML entities are not being converted, so they don't look nice in the terminal. :-) Removed <strong> tags too.

- Renamed configuration file
- The expected configuration file is now ".spamcupNG.yml". Fixed the README regarding setup procedures. Now waiting CPAN to cleanup the mess I did with the distribution name to upload it again. :)
