- added warnings() - bugfix in verify_baginfo(), because Payload-Oxum is recommended, but not required by RFC8493

To install Archive::BagIt, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Archive::BagIt

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Archive::BagIt
