Changes for version 0.003006 - 2021-11-01

Updated Inline::C integration via Alien::OpenMP::Inline to provide 'auto_include', which provides the line, #include <omp.h>, saving the programmer the need to worry about it. It's compiler specific, but both supported compilers (gcc, clang) use the same one (omp.h).
