added ability to set environment variables, or default to settings that allow Labyrinth to work in a test environment.

To install Labyrinth::Test::Harness, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Labyrinth::Test::Harness

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Labyrinth::Test::Harness
