removed License files from distro.
Artistic License v2 now sole license.
removed DSLIP info.

reworked Makefile.PL for clarity.

mail module which writes to a flat file.

To install Mail::File, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mail::File

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mail::File
