- Default to sane privacy settings
- An explicit --nopaste-service OR environment variable (NOPASTE_SERVICES)
- must be present for the paste to happen. * Default all pastes to private unless the --nopaste-public option is
- specified. * Process --tags before the `kv` option is processed * Instead of using `@input`, use a color stripped `@output` for the
- content of the paste
