Changes for version 0.02 - 2013-04-21

Add algorithm argument to suppor the new PERMUTE algorithm.
Add merge_behavior argument.
Remove suggestions that one should use suffix for specifying the extension of the configuration filenames.

Load and merge locale-specific configuration files.

To install Config::Locale, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::Locale

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::Locale
