Instead of C<< pws->pwd >> and C<< pwd->length >>, use
C<< pwd->cur->content >> and C<< pwd->cur->bytes >> to access the current
password. See C<< doc/I18N.pod >> for more details.

	  (unlike "password_prefix", "prefix" is in ASCII/UTF_8 etc)
	pwdgen_strdup(), and pwdgen_strrev()

	dictionary code can also try the password exactly as written

	Fixed a lot of compiler warnings, and made the compiler options
	  detection much more robust, so it will build on more platforms
	Removed the unused "image_type" from config file support and code
	extract code uses a bit more memory, and checks for timeouts now

Too many things have changed to be listed here, so this is just a short
overview. Please note that the API has changed slightly, you must adapt
you code to the new function calling style!
