      - Added Steve Nielsen's (spn@enteract.com) patch to
        cooperate better with Win32.
      - Started using Steve's Makefile.PL to make installation
        easier on all platforms.
      - Moved examples into the Netscape::eg::* namespace.
      - Added Steve's Netscape::eg::Test.pm module
      - Various bug fixes, thanks mostly to Steve.

v0.18 - Mon Feb  9 16:37:40 EST 1998
      - Added Steve's patch that plugs several memory leaks.
      - Modules are now loaded by perl_require_module.
      - Applied Olivier's net_read and sys_net_read patches.
      - nsapi_perl.conf is now nsapi_perl_init.pl.
      - Added Olivier's func_exec function.
      - net_write should now be able to handle data containing
        NULs and not necessarily terminated by a NUL.
      - Updated documentation.

      - Added nsapi_perl_bootstrap() to let dynamic loading work
        properly under Solaris.
      - 'make install' no longer clobbers existing nsapi_perl_init.pl
      - Implemented William Ward's (wrw@bayview.com) suggestion that
        the top level Makefile.PL do a search for the include
        directory.
