[build] Rebuild with updated Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Bencher::Scenario (0.16) to add benchmarked modules as prereq with phase=x_benchmarks, type=x_benchmarks.

To install Bencher::Scenarios::AppLcpan, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bencher::Scenarios::AppLcpan

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bencher::Scenarios::AppLcpan
