Changes for version 1.0.1 - 2008-10-08

added config options to use quote_char and name_sep in DB calls
updated order_by params in searches to work with quote_char
removed config block in Model::ParleyDB (it comes from parley.conf, and this saves confusion)
fixed CSS list (ol, ul) item display issue
