Added support for passing a CODE reference in 'to' to render so one can render directly to a scalar or filehandle when rendering PNG charts.

To install VS::Chart, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm VS::Chart

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install VS::Chart
