Added methods to Rtmgr::Gen to be called from a script. Added ability to use a .config file.

To install Rtmgr::Gen::Db, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Rtmgr::Gen::Db

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Rtmgr::Gen::Db
