! API change: ->handle_command_line() and ->parse_command_line() now take an arrayREF for the command line items and modify that arrayref.
- new "--quiet" / no_header_when_empty option to allow scripts to run from cron without producing too much output
- new "run-sql.pl" script in the distribution as a template or tool script for running SQL commands.
