Add and document a method to launch Firefox if it's not already running.

use a mozrepl enabled FireFox to display HTML

retrieve cookies from a live FireFox instance

use Firefox as if it were WWW::Mechanize

To install WWW::Mechanize::Firefox, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::Mechanize::Firefox

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::Mechanize::Firefox
