Fixed Makefile, now load() returns undef rather than dieing if the key doesn't exist.

Load and save configuration values on Windows

To install Config::Win32, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::Win32

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::Win32
