Changes for version 4.04

Changes by Heiko Klein:
- Fix bug when reading one line (slice) of string when first dimension is unlimited
- Enabling PDL::NetCDF to write variables without dimensions, e.g. projection-attribute variables in CF-1.x convention

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DHUNT/PDL-NetCDF-4.04.tar.gz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DHUNT/PDL-NetCDF-4.04.tar.gz
