PDL-NetCDF-4.12

Changes for version 4.12

Fiddling with VERSION to try to get CPAN to index this. Removed META.yml, commented out 'METAMERGE' in Makefile.PL and add 'our' to $VERSION in netcdf.pd.

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DHUNT/PDL-NetCDF-4.12.tar.gz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DHUNT/PDL-NetCDF-4.12.tar.gz
