  [BUG FIX]

    * adding a to_hash or to_json flag while overridding an attribute
      in a subclass resulted in a run-time exception..

  [DOCUMENTATION FIX]

    * TO_JSON was documented as recursively processing the attribute
      if it was not a scalar.  It did not do that, as typically it is
      used by serializers which will descend into the structure
      returned by TO_JSON.  Having TO_JSON do this as well is
      redundant.  See the new recurse tag option to change this
      behavior on a per attribute basis.

  [ENHANCEMENT]

    * attributes tagged for TO_JSON may have a tag option of
      'recurse', which directs TO_JSON to recurse into that attribute.

    * fiducial repo has been moved to codeberg.org
