Fixing RT96045 (https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=96045) reported by Oliver Gorwits.
Closed out RT79915, no changes here but bugs caused by yucky overrides to core functions
Tweaks to the README file and added the # ABSTRACT: line

Handles hardware MAC Addresses (EUI-48 and EUI-64)

To install NetAddr::MAC, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm NetAddr::MAC

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install NetAddr::MAC
