Reject strings that could be MAC addresses but which are clearly abbreviated IPv6

Handles hardware MAC Addresses (EUI-48 and EUI-64)

To install NetAddr::MAC, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm NetAddr::MAC

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install NetAddr::MAC
