Add support for xml:base in RSS 2.0. (theory)
Parse and include items in RSS 2.0 feeds without a title or description. (theory)
The encoding() method now returns the encoding of a parsed feed. (theory)
Parser recognizes elements that should not have children and stringifies the children of such elements when it finds children. (theory)
