Changes for version 0.9 - 2013-12-01

rt 91094
- fixed $! errouneously set to 9
- child_error_exit_value() factor in child_error_failed_to_execute()
- open3 error is from eval so we can't avoid “ … at …”
- avoid uninit warning

simple API encapsulating the most common open3() logic/uses including handling various corner cases and caveats

To install IPC::Open3::Utils, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IPC::Open3::Utils

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IPC::Open3::Utils
