No code change in the plugin. Only dist fixes. Add a test to avoid the broken version number in the D:Z:P:V:FS release 1.000002, due to PkgVersion (not a bug in the D:Z:P:V:FS code itself) Fix dist dependencies:
remove Test::Pod, Test::PodCoverage, Test::Kwalitee which are only for release testing
add Dist::Zilla
replace Alien::SVN with SVN::Core: SVN::Core may be installed from an other source than Alien::SVN, for example directly from the original sources on Debian/Ubuntu

Use the revision of the working directory

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Version::FromSubversion, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Version::FromSubversion

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Version::FromSubversion
