Changes for version 0.03

Per the sendmail folks, whitelisting lookups now check LHS@ in the DB instead of LHS.

An interface to the Sendmail access.db list

To install Sendmail::AccessDB, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Sendmail::AccessDB

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Sendmail::AccessDB
