Add a has_xs configuration option. Normally this is determined by looking for XS files in the distro, but I have a new distro where I need to set this explicitly.

Creates a .mailmap to populate Contributors in docs

Checks the branch on non-TRIAL releases

Sets up default license and copyright holder

Creates default tidyall.ini, perltidyrc, and perlcriticrc files if they don't yet exist

A plugin that exists solely to hold Pod::Weaver config

To install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::DROLSKY, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::DROLSKY

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::DROLSKY
