Changes for version 1.10 - 2015-02-01

Fixed Makefile.PL to actually use --lib and --include properly. Previously it did the wrong thing with both of these arguments, and they were essentially ignored. Reported by WATANABE Hiroaki. Patch by Mithun Ayachit. RT #101715.

Determine MIME types of data or files using libmagic

To install File::LibMagic, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::LibMagic

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::LibMagic
