Error messages should now be the same for the pure Perl and XS readers.
Added some more tests and made a small internals change to faciliate said tests.

Fast XS implementation of MaxMind DB reader

To install MaxMind::DB::Reader::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MaxMind::DB::Reader::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MaxMind::DB::Reader::XS
