SVN-Notify

Changes for version 2.62 - 2006-06-30

Changed to() accessor to return the first value in the array in scalar context, and all of the items as a list in list context. This makes its behavior more consistent with versions of SVN::Notify priort to 2.61.
Added strip_cx_regex() accessor. It also returns the first value in scalar context, and the full list in list context, for consistency with to().
