Changes for version 0.02

Changed pod matching logic from m/^=\w/ to m/^=[a-zA-Z]/, which should conform better to the official POD blocks definition. Suggested by Sean M. Burke.

PerlIO layer for extracting plain old documentation

To install PerlIO::via::Pod, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PerlIO::via::Pod

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PerlIO::via::Pod
