Changes for version 0.05003 - 2010-06-20

A bit more robust "CREATE ... PACKAGE" handling, so that it is now accepted the use of the "PACKAGE" keyword as an identifier (even unquoted).
Tests for that.
Better explained LIMITATIONS.
Minor doc fixes.
Cleaned MANIFEST up from perl stackdump.

Split any SQL code into atomic statements

To install SQL::SplitStatement, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm SQL::SplitStatement

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install SQL::SplitStatement
